Experience
With over 30 years of ‘hands-on’ experience, owner Kevin Frasco’s commitment to high quality construction is what makes Craig Custom Builders a company that withstands the test of time. Being a framer by trade makes Kevin’s expertise all the more important when it comes to building a home from the inside out. When Kevin looks at an architectural plan, he visualizes every piece of wood that goes into the frame and sees the house completed in his mind's eye before he even breaks ground. Teamwork
The synergy of teamwork at Craig Custom Builders is best exemplified by the loyalty and commitment each individual tradesperson brings to our projects. Many of our trades people have been working with Kevin for over 15 years. The camaraderie and mutual respect for one another is evident on the jobsite as each trade not only accomplishes their own tasks with precision but also is aware of the needs of both the trade before and the trade coming in to work afterwards. Project Management
A myriad of decisions goes into building a custom home and it is no surprise that Craig Custom Builders is diligent about guiding clients through the process with ease. At the beginning of each project, Kevin and his team - office, field and trades - review what has to be accomplished to meet the needs and personal preferences of each client. Tasks are assigned and each person knows what piece of the project they are responsible for and they take it from there. The building team keeps everyone abreast of the details throughout the construction process, which in turn helps the customer feel confident that they can call Kevin or his staff to answer their questions during the building process. |

Design
Ideas, dreams, and magazine photos are usually what start our clients' wheels in motion toward the goal of creating a custom home to meet their personal needs and preferences. Envisioning oneself in new living space is incredibly uplifting. Taking dreams from paper to reality is a journey unto itself and at Craig Custom Builders we are accustomed to helping our clients make their dreams come true. We work in collaboration with architects - reflecting different styles - to find just the right one for each individual project. Or clients may come to us with architectural plans already in hand. Either way, we take our clients one step further in helping with customized finishes and product selections as our staff is creative and well versed in this process. |
