This renovation of an 82 year old lake bungalow blends seamlessly with the existing architecture and the neighborhood. The original kitchen was located in the middle of the house facing the side of the neighbor’s house sandwiched in between the dining room and a study. Opening up the first floor completely by removing the walls between the dining room, kitchen, study, bath and family room gives the house great flow for entertaining. The new covered porch adjacent to the family room offers extended living space to enjoy the lake views and entertaining outdoors. 2010 Awards of Excellence Winner.
