This original brick front colonial had not been updated since it was built in the late 1970’s. The client chose to put an addition on the rear of the house to accommodate a new eat-in kitchen area and family room with a master bedroom suite above.  The exterior update included all new windows to create a more energy efficient home, new cement board siding, a covered front porch with gracious tall columns and a dormer over the garage to fit a new private bathroom for a private guest suite. 2008 Awards of Excellence Winner.
